A little about me? Well I guess I'll start with I grew up just outside a small town on a ranch, so I'm no stranger to hard work.

I'm former US Army, I did 7 years with most of it spent overseas. As such I was exposed to many cultures with lots of good food. I LOVE to cook, you want Thai - easy, Indian - done, Korean - hell yes, I also do pretty good Italian. Oh, and a mean brisket!

One thing I hope to do more of this year is competition long distance shooting. I've done well in the past and would like to add a few more trophies to my collection.

One more thing, I enjoy renaissance fairs, which means dressing up in costume (or in my case a kilt - yes, kilt). So again, if you like to eat, enjoy the outdoors or a bit of fun and want to know more just ask...
